Current Chief Financial Officer at Neogrid, Susana is also responsible for Investor Relations at the company. Holds a degree in business administration from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP), and completed MBA at Duke – Fuqua School of Business, in 2004. Worked in Equity Research at institutions Safra Asset, from 2004 to 2007, and at Itaú BBA since 2007. Focusing on the Technology and Telecom sector since 2008, Susana led and directed the coverage teams and had key roles in several IPO processes of Technology, Telecom and Education companies. Her outstanding performance in the coverage of the Brazilian market and LatAm was ranked by Institutional Investor from 2014 to 2018.

Carlos Pereira was elected for the position of statutory director of the subsidiary Neogrid Informática. Pereira is a senior technology executive with more than 25 years of experience in the area, he holds a degree in Technology from UTESC and has several specializations in the area, at institutions such as Stevens Institute of Technology, Harvard Business School and MIT Sloan. In his professional career, highlights include his activities as director of services, R&D and operations at the TOTVS group, CTO of Senior Sistemas, and in his most recent experience he was a senior technology executive at Mercado Livre.

Miguel is a mechanical engineer graduated from ITA – Instituto de Tecnologia da Aeronáutica. In 1978, he founded Datasul, which became the largest ERP software company in Brazil. Two decades later, in 1999, he founded NeoGrid, a leader in Brazil of SCM (Supply Chain Management) solutions – where he is currently chairman of the board. Concurrently, since 2003, Abuhab has been working on his Tax Simplification Plan for Brazil, which served as the foundation for the tax reform report by former federal congressman Luiz Carlos Hauly, approved in December 2018 on the special commission of the House of Representatives. Abuhab incorporates the Theory of Constraints (TOC), developed by Eliyahu Goldratt, to his business expertise as well as ideas related to supply chain. He is also a founding member of the organization TOCICO – Theory of Constraints International Certification Organization. The entrepreneur also works strongly in social responsibility projects, focused on education. The TOCfE (TOC for Education) program, sponsored by the Miguel Abuhab Institute (IMA), has already trained 126 volunteer teachers in 22 public schools in Joinville, serving more than 9,000 children.
