With over 25 years of experience in the technology market, with a degree in Marketing and specializations in Executive Management, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence and Corporate Governance from institutions such as Fundação Dom Cabral, University of Chicago and IBGC. Klaumann held positions as Commercial Director at Datasul from 2005 to 2008, Operations Director at TOTVS from 2008 to 2011, and in 2011 he began his history at Linx/StoneCo, in the positions of Vice President of Operations and Digital & Omni Commerce. In addition to his in-depth knowledge of executive management and technology applied to the digitalization of the retail ecosystem, Mr. Jean Carlo Klaumann has two IPOs and more than 30 acquisitions under his belt.

David is Chief Product Officer at Neogrid and a member of the company’s Board of Directors. He has a degree in Production Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná and a specialization in Finance with emphasis on Investment Funds and Capital Markets from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, Leadership of Digital Products by Tera, and Business Administration by Stanford Graduate School of Business. He was marketing manager and CEO of Camerite, a cloud video monitoring platform, where he is also a co-founder. Since March 2015 he has been an investor at Motoboy.com, a technology company that works with last-mile delivery solutions. He serves as a board member of Rio Pardo Bioenergia, NeoGrid Datacenter and R&B Rastreaibilidade Brasil. Aury Ronan Francisco has over 20 years of experience in the financial area, working as Chief Financial Officer and Controller at Movile (controlling group of technology companies such as Ifood and Sympla), Controlling Director at Grupo Dafiti and Accounting and Administrative Manager at Grupo Amaggi. Aury holds a degree in Accounting from Universidade Estadual de Londrina, an MBA in Financial Management, Controllership and Auditing from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, and an executive MBA in Global and Sustainable Business Management from Fundação Dom Cabral.v

Nicolas Simone has a degree in software and systems engineering from the ORT University of Uruguay. He has more than 25 years of experience in the market working in the IT / IS segment in management, board and CIO positions for companies such as Norsk Hydro, Inbev, Renner, Itaú Unibanco, Grupo Boticário, Petrobras and McDonald’s. In addition, he has specializations with IBGC and OnYou regarding more qualified corporate governance and advisor courses, in addition to advocating and lecturing on topics such as digital transformation and information security, creating organizations that are successful in creating digital interactions with customers.

Bruno Pereira was elected for the position of statutory director of the subsidiary Neogrid Informática. Bruno has 20 years of experience in People & Management for technology and startups. Some of the companies he helped: MongoDB, Stone, Sprinklr, VTEX, Endemol, Maker Studios/Disney, Oi, Bemobi. His experience before Neogrid was as VP of People and Management at Cortex Intelligence. Bruno has a degree in Social Psychology and Scientific Research from UFRJ, with a specialization in HR Management and MBA in Business Management from FGV.

Fernando Rheingantz has a degree in International Business from Belmont Abbey College, with a postgraduate degree from Fundação Dom Cabral and a specialization from IESE, and brings a strong history of growth in sectors such as consumer goods, retail, health and telecom. He has more than 20 years of professional experience working in the B2C and B2B segments with channel development, business expansion and complete P&L management. Fernando has worked for important national and multinational companies such as: C&A, Nokia, Ancar Ivanhoe, Vivo, Raia Drogasil and Unidas.

Christiane Citrângulo has a degree in administration with an emphasis on systems analysis from FASP, completed a postgraduate degree in business administration from the Vanzolini foundation, and has an MBA in retail management from FIA. She has more than 25 years of experience in the market working in the retail, commercial, IT and trade marketing segments in management, director and business head positions for companies such as Unilever, Carrefour, Nestlé and GPA. Mrs. Christiane Citrângulo was also one of the 50 co-authors of the book “Mulheres do Varejo”, by Leader, in addition to acting occasionally as a consultant, speaker and mentor.

Miguel is a mechanical engineer graduated from ITA – Instituto de Tecnologia da Aeronáutica. In 1978, he founded Datasul, which became the largest ERP software company in Brazil. Two decades later, in 1999, he founded NeoGrid, a leader in Brazil of SCM (Supply Chain Management) solutions – where he is currently chairman of the board. Concurrently, since 2003, Abuhab has been working on his Tax Simplification Plan for Brazil, which served as the foundation for the tax reform report by former federal congressman Luiz Carlos Hauly, approved in December 2018 on the special commission of the House of Representatives. Abuhab incorporates the Theory of Constraints (TOC), developed by Eliyahu Goldratt, to his business expertise as well as ideas related to supply chain. He is also a founding member of the organization TOCICO – Theory of Constraints International Certification Organization. The entrepreneur also works strongly in social responsibility projects, focused on education. The TOCfE (TOC for Education) program, sponsored by the Miguel Abuhab Institute (IMA), has already trained 126 volunteer teachers in 22 public schools in Joinville, serving more than 9,000 children.

Ana Novaes graduated in Economics from the University of California, Berkley and in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC / RJ). Since 1998, she is a member of the CFA® Institute. She is currently a member of the board of directors of the Fundo Garantidor de Crédito and OEC – Odebrecht Engenharia e Construção, serving as coordinator of its Audit Committee, and advisor to the Acquisitions and Mergers Committee. Between July, 2012 and December, 2014 she was a Director at CVM. Previously, she was a member of the Board of Directors of CCR (independent member between 2002 – 2012 and non-independent member 2015 – 2019), of CPFL Energia (2007 – 2012), Metalfrio (2009 – 2012) and Datasul (2006 – 2008). She was also a consultant to the Audit Committee of Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional (2006 – 2011); investment director at Pictet Modal Asset Management S.A. (1998-2003); and variable income analyst at Banco de Investimentos Garantia (1995-1997). She worked at the World Bank in Washington, D.C. between 1991 and 1994, having also taught macroeconomics at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (2003) and at the Federal University of Pernambuco (1991).

Jorge Steffens has extensive experience in technology companies, a degree in Computer Science, a postgraduate degree in Production Engineering and Marketing, and executive training from Stanford University, Steffens has worked at Datasul since 1982 in different areas such as product development, support and commercialization of software. In 2003, he assumed the position of CEO of the company, and in 2006 he led the company’s IPO process, executing an aggressive expansion process through acquisitions and Datasul’s internationalization. In 2008, he participated in the process of merging Datasul with Totvs, a company he left in November of the same year. In 2009 he founded the management company Oria Capital, focusing on Private Equity in the Technology sector, and is currently a member of the Boards of Directors of the companies Zenvia, Softplan, Geofusion and Knew.in.

Mr. Alberto Menache is a businessman and has extensive experience in the technology field. He was a co-founder of Linx S.A. where he worked for more than 30 years holding positions of CEO and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors. In 2020 he participated in the sale process between Linx and Stone.co. Menache was also a Counselor at Arco Educação and is currently Mr. Menache is a member of Alicerce’s Advisory Board.

Mrs. Adriana Muratore holds a degree in Business Administration from EASP-FGV, with an MBA from FIA/USP and Vanderbuilt University, AMP from INSEAD. She has worked in the following organizations in recent years: partner at Actavox Consultoria, Senior Vice President of the commercial, marketing and replenishment areas at Walmart Brazil, CMO at Carrefour Brazil, CMO at Parmalat Brazil, director at Hypermarcas, director Unilever Brazil in several areas such as marketing, commercial, sustainability, among others. She is currently a board member at Positivo Tecnologia, an advisory board member at Midea Carrier and director of the Diversity in Council Program organized by B3 / IBGC / IFC / WCD / Egon Zehnder.

Ms. Ana Dolores Moura Carneiro de Novaes, graduated in law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro in December 2007. She holds a doctorate in Economics from the Berkeley University of California. Since 1998, she has been a member of the CFA® Institute. She is currently a member of the board of directors of the Credit Guarantee Fund and OEC – Odebrecht Engenharia e Construção, serving as coordinator of its Audit Committee, and advisor to the Acquisitions and Mergers Committee. She was Director of the Securities Commission (CVM) from July 2012 to December 2014. Previously, she was a member of the Board of Directors of CCR (independent member between May 2002 to June 2012 and non-independent member between August 2015 to April 2019) , from CPFL Energia (from April 2007 to June 2012), Metalfrio (from May 2009 to June 2012) and Datasul (from April 2006 to August 2008). She was also a consultant to the Audit Committee of Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional (from August 2006 to July 2011); investment director at Pictet Modal Asset Management S.A. (from 1998 to 2003); and variable income analyst at Banco de Investimentos Garantia (from 1995 to 1997). Mr. Marcelo Lima Tonini was the partner responsible for KPMG’s business units in Santa Catarina, Joinville and Florianópolis for 13 years. He is technically responsible for several projects focused on auditing and taxes, applied to companies in different sectors of the economy such as Food, Textile, Metalworking, Civil Construction, among others. Mr. Marcelo Lima Tonini has mastery of national and international accounting standards – CPC and IFRS, experience in using and integrating with ERP systems, active enrollment in the CRC – Regional Accounting Council and experience in IPO projects in companies the Textile and Agribusiness sectors. Has performance in the management of several simultaneous and complex projects, involving different products, teams and business areas, optimization of goals, costs, deadlines and quality of deliveries, and has extensive experience in operational management of projects throughout the life cycle (schedules , backlogs, baselines, backlogs and delivery planning) and conflict management related to teamwork. He is also responsible for improving the level of engagement of employees, reaching rates above the Organization’s average and has extensive experience in Financial Planning processes and all the routines involved, such as Cash Flow Management, Investments, Budget Management, Forecast, systemic view of Business Processes, with ease for mapping processes and flows, understanding of business models and proposals for improvements.

Mr. Paulo Sérgio Cruz Dortas Matos has a degree in accounting and economics, has over 30 years of experience in financial auditing and in reviewing and evaluating internal control procedures for national and global companies. His experience also includes leadership in due diligence projects for private equity and venture capital funds. He was a partner in Ernst & Young’s Strategic Growth Markets (SGM) area, focused on developing opportunities for companies from different industries and also on the IPO process. Dortas is also a member of the Regional Accounting Council (CRC).

She holds a degree in Accounting from the State Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, an MBA from Amana and the STC Skills, Tools and Competencies Executive Program from FDC and the Kellog School of Management. She has 43 years of experience in Management, Auditing, Internal Controls Assessment, Risk Analysis and Compliance. She was Director of Internal Audit at CSN Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional for 15 years, where she introduced the SOx Sarbanes Oxley Act and disseminated risk assessment concepts, as well as implemented the Organization Manual, with the main Guidelines, Standards and Procedures of the group companies , including Corporate Governance. She served as a member of the Board of Directors of Inepar FEM (in 1997), Eletropaulo (in 1998) and Condor-Tecnologias Não Letais (from SEP / 2012 to NOV / 2015), in the latter, she also chaired the Financial Committee. She also acted as an effective member of the Deliberative Council of CBS Previdência (from APR/2003 to May/2013), where she also held the position of President of CBS Previdência, for 3 months, and also as an alternate member of the Board of Directors of Namisa (from APR/2009 to MAY/2012) and as an alternate member of VALE’s Fiscal Council (from JUN/1997 to MAR/2001). He was Financial Director at Hughes Telecomunicações where he implemented integrated systems (ERP) and led the capture of lines of credit for the implementation of Telecommunication Hubs for cell phone companies. In 2021 he became the leader in Finance at AMCOM Sistemas de Informação S.A., being responsible for M&A. He is currently certified as a Finance Executive by IBEFSP / 2019 and a Board Member formed by IBGC / SP.
