An engineer by training, he combines strategic vision and focus on execution, with a strong orientation towards results, operational efficiency and generation of shareholder value.

Augusto Henrique Fernandes Vilela has a degree in Administration from the Federal University of Minas Gerais and a Master’s degree in Economics with an Emphasis in Finance from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (EESP-FGV). Augusto has 15 years of experience in the areas of Finance, M&A and Investor Relations, having, throughout his career, worked in companies such as Itaú Unibanco, Hotmart and Semantix in positions ranging from consultant, senior manager and financial director.

David Abuhab graduated in Production Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná and has a specialization in Finance with an emphasis on Investment Funds and Capital Markets from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, Digital Product Leadership from Tera and Business from Stanford Graduate School of Business. He was the marketing manager and CEO of Camerite, a cloud-based video surveillance platform, of which he is also a co-founder. Since 2015, he has worked in the areas of products, innovation and new business, where he led the Company’s M&A processes.

Bruno Pereira was elected for the position of statutory director of the subsidiary Neogrid Informática. Bruno has 20 years of experience in People & Management for technology and startups. Some of the companies he helped: MongoDB, Stone, Sprinklr, VTEX, Endemol, Maker Studios/Disney, Oi, Bemobi. His experience before Neogrid was as VP of People and Management at Cortex Intelligence. Bruno has a degree in Social Psychology and Scientific Research from UFRJ, with a specialization in HR Management and MBA in Business Management from FGV.

Christiane Citrângulo holds a degree in Business Administration, a postgraduate degree in Industrial Administration and an MBA, both from USP. With over 30 years of experience in Industry and Retail, she has built a solid career in leading companies such as Unilever, Nestlé, Carrefour and GPA, working in areas such as IT, Finance, Sales, Trade Marketing, Commercial, Marketing and Operations, in management, director and business head positions. Ms. Christiane Citrângulo has already started her own stores and was one of the 50 co-authors of the book “Mulheres do Varejo”, published by Leader, in addition to working occasionally as a consultant, speaker and mentor.

Miguel Abuhab is a Brazilian executive and entrepreneur with over four decades of experience in technology and business automation. With a degree in Mechanical Production Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (ITA), he founded Datasul in 1978, one of the largest ERP companies in the country, which would later be strategically sold to Totvs. He developed the Abuhab model for automatic VAT collection, the subject of his book “Devo, não nego, pago quando ganhar” (I owe, I don’t deny, I pay when I receive it). Also the author of “O Homem que Não Para” (The Man Who Doesn’t Stop), Mr. Miguel Abuhab works as a business advisor, speaker and consultant, dedicating himself to tax simplification and the training of young entrepreneurs, especially in the technology sector.

Jorge Steffens has extensive experience in technology companies. He holds a degree in Computer Science, a postgraduate degree in Production Engineering and Marketing, and executive training from Stanford University. He has worked at Datasul since 1982 in different areas such as product development, support and software sales. In 2003, he took over as CEO of the company, and in 2006, he led the company’s IPO process, executing an aggressive expansion process through acquisitions and internationalization of Datasul. In 2008, he participated in the merger process between Datasul and Totvs, a company he left in November of the same year. In 2009, he founded the management firm Oria Capital, focusing on Private Equity in the Technology sector. He has been a member of the Boards of Directors of the companies Interplayers, Softplan, Geofusion, Cipher and Knew.in, and is currently an advisor to Zenvia.

(coordinator of the Audit Committee) between January 2021 and April 2023. Between July 2012 and December 2014, she was a Director of the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM). She was also a member of the board of directors of OEC S.A. between October 2018 and February 2023 (coordinator of the Audit Committee), of CCR (independent member between May 2002-June 2012 and non-independent member between August 2015 and April 2019), of CPFL Energia (April 2007-June 2012), Metalfrio (May 2009-June 2012) and Datasul (April 2006-August 2008). Previously, she was investment director at Pictet Modal Asset Management S.A. (1998-2003). She worked at the World Bank in Washington, D.C. (1991-1994) and at Banco Garantia in São Paulo (1995-1997). Adriana Muratore holds a degree in business administration from EAESP–Fundação Getulio Vargas, an MBA from FIA/USP in partnership with Vanderbilt University, an AMP (Advanced Management Program) from INSEAD, and specializations in Innovation from MIT, Finance from Insper, and Corporate Governance from IBGC. She is also a mentor at Endeavor. An executive with a solid track record in national and multinational companies, she served as Senior Vice President of Walmart Brazil, leading the Commercial, Marketing, and Replenishment areas. She has held leadership positions in Brazil with a global scope in companies such as Carrefour, Parmalat, Hypermarcas, and Unilever, with responsibility for areas such as Strategy, Marketing, Commercial, Trade, Sustainability, and Business Transformation. She is currently a partner at Actavox Consultoria, a board member at Positivo Tecnologia, and director of the Diversity in Board Program (PDeC), an initiative of IBGC with the support of B3, Egon Zehnder, IFC, and WCD.

Marcelo Lima Tonini was the partner responsible for KPMG’s business units in Santa Catarina, Joinville and Florianópolis for 13 years. He is technically responsible for several projects focused on auditing and taxes, applied to companies in different sectors of the economy such as Food, Textile, Metalworking, Civil Construction, among others. Mr. Marcelo Lima Tonini has mastery of national and international accounting standards – CPC and IFRS, experience in using and integrating with ERP systems, active enrollment in the CRC – Regional Accounting Council and experience in IPO projects in companies the Textile and Agribusiness sectors. Has performance in the management of several simultaneous and complex projects, involving different products, teams and business areas, optimization of goals, costs, deadlines and quality of deliveries, and has extensive experience in operational management of projects throughout the life cycle (schedules , backlogs, baselines, backlogs and delivery planning) and conflict management related to teamwork. He is also responsible for improving the level of engagement of employees, reaching rates above the Organization’s average and has extensive experience in Financial Planning processes and all the routines involved, such as Cash Flow Management, Investments, Budget Management, Forecast, systemic view of Business Processes, with ease for mapping processes and flows, understanding of business models and proposals for improvements.

Paulo Sérgio Cruz Dortas Matos has a degree in accounting and economics, has over 30 years of experience in financial auditing and in reviewing and evaluating internal control procedures for national and global companies. His experience also includes leadership in due diligence projects for private equity and venture capital funds. He was a partner in Ernst & Young’s Strategic Growth Markets (SGM) area, focused on developing opportunities for companies from different industries and also on the IPO process. Dortas is also a member of the Regional Accounting Council (CRC).
